If you ordered any goods by mistake, they must be returned within 5 days of receipt of purchase. This must be organised with our sales department. You can either send them back to us or we can arrange for collection at cost to yourself. All returns outside of this five day period are subject to a 15% re-stock fee.
If you receive the wrong goods please inform us immediately and we will arrange for a collection at cost to us and replacements to be sent.
If we sent you the wrong goods you should contact us within 24-48 hours from receipt and let us know. We will arrange a collection or pay for returns postage and despatch the correct goods without additional charge, provided that the fault lies with Sevilla Components.
Faulty goods will be replaced. If we are unable to replace the goods, we will provide a refund.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Please let us know immediately if you receive damaged goods and retain all documentation to enable us to make a claim against the carrier's insurance. Should your order arrive in damaged packaging and you are unable to inspect the goods in the presence of the carrier, please note the fact when you sign for it as 'damaged package – goods not yet inspected' as a precaution should it become necessary to make a claim.
